Eletrk's commitment to making our platform accessible to everyone.

1. Our Commitment

Eletrk is committed to ensuring our website and platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

2. What We Are Doing

We are actively working to improve accessibility including:

  • Ensuring all images have descriptive alternative text
  • Making all functions available via keyboard navigation
  • Providing sufficient color contrast
  • Ensuring all forms and inputs are clearly labeled
  • Making the site compatible with screen readers
  • Ensuring text can be resized without loss of functionality
  • Providing clear and consistent navigation

3. Known Limitations

Eletrk is a startup platform currently in active development. Some areas may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We are committed to identifying and resolving these issues quickly.

4. Third Party Services

Our platform uses Stripe for payments and Google for calendar integration. These services maintain their own accessibility policies outside of our direct control.

6. Formal Complaints

If unsatisfied with our response you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or file a complaint under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
