Do I need a license or experience to ride an eBike?

No license is required, and most riders feel comfortable within a minute. If you can ride a regular bike, you can ride one of ours.

How far can the bikes go on one charge?

Our fleet ranges from 50 to 60 miles per charge depending on the bike. That's typically more than a full day of city riding for most guests.

Is a helmet included?

Yes — every rental comes with a clean helmet at no extra cost. Florida law doesn't require adults to wear one, but we strongly recommend it.

Where can I pick up and drop off?

You choose your pickup shop during checkout. We currently partner with shops in downtown Palm Beach, the waterfront, and near Clematis Street.

How old do I have to be?

Riders must be 18+ to book. Riders aged 13–17 can ride accompanied by a booking adult with a signed waiver.

Can I bring the bike anywhere?

Within the Palm Beach metro area, absolutely. Cross-county trips are fine too — just keep the bike out of saltwater and return it to the same shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. You'll only be charged after your booking is confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. To cancel, email eletrk.official@gmail.com with your booking details.

What happens if the bike is damaged?

Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Minor scuffs are expected, but flat tires from rider negligence, broken components, or cosmetic damage will be charged at repair cost against the security deposit. Major damage may exceed the deposit and be billed to the card on file.

What if the bike is lost or stolen?

The renter is liable for the full replacement value of the bike if it is lost or stolen during the rental period. We strongly recommend always locking the bike with the provided lock and never leaving it unattended overnight. File a police report immediately and contact eletrk.official@gmail.com.

Question 11

What happens if I return the bike late?

Accepted Answer

A late return fee equal to one additional rental period (hourly or daily, whichever applies) will be charged for every period started past your scheduled return time. If the bike is more than 24 hours late without communication, it may be reported as stolen and the full replacement charge applied.
